CUPE Local 5200 Celebrates Mel Tremills – King Charles III Medal Recipient!
We are incredibly proud to share that our very own member, Mel Tremills, has been awarded the King Charles III Medal for her outstanding community work and for organizing the Halton Prism Pride Parade!
Mel is a dedicated member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and a passionate advocate for inclusion and equity. Her leadership and tireless efforts continue to inspire us all. CUPE Local 5200 is honored to have such an amazing member among us.
We encourage all our members to show their support and join us for the Halton Prism Pride Parade on Sunday, July 20th at 2:00 PM. Let’s come together to celebrate diversity, pride, and the incredible work of people like Mel.
